Questions about pricing
What happens after the 3 free days?
If you don’t cancel, the yearly subscription starts at €39.99 a year. If you cancel during the trial, you pay nothing.
How do I cancel?
In Albumbox under Settings, “Manage or cancel subscription”. You go straight to your subscriptions in the iPhone settings or on Google Play. Plus stays active until the end of the paid period.
What’s the difference between a subscription and 3 years?
The yearly and monthly subscriptions renew until you cancel. With “3 years, no subscription” you pay €79.99 once and have Plus for three years. After that it ends on its own.
What happens to my photos when Plus ends?
All your scans stay in the app, and you can keep scanning for free. Shared links stop working, and saving and photo books are locked again.
What are credits?
With credits you can have photos restored. “Repair” removes scratches, tears, dust and stains, and “Refresh colors” adds color to black-and-white photos and makes faded colors strong again. Each time costs 1 credit per photo.
If something doesn’t work or a photo has hardly any damage, you get the credit back. Credits never expire, and your original is always kept.
Does Plus include credits?
Plus doesn’t include credits. When you start Plus, we give you 3 credits. You can top up more in the app, with or without Plus.
